Who is collecting your data
This site is operated by Delores Muk, Registered Salesperson (CEA Reg. No. R061067H) with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J). Delores is the data controller for personal data collected here and is contactable through the enquiry form or the WhatsApp number listed on this site.
What is collected, and why
An enquiry through the contact form or WhatsApp gives us your name, mobile number and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your property enquiry and, where you have consented, to follow up on it. We do not buy contact lists and we do not cold-call or cold-message anyone.
Automated first replies
WhatsApp enquiries receive an automated, AI-assisted first reply. The automation is disclosed in the conversation, and Delores reviews every conversation and takes over personally. You can ask for a human reply at any time.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry records are stored in our customer-relationship system (HubSpot) and our messaging infrastructure. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore (for example in the United States or the European Union). Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to Singapore's.
Analytics
This site uses page analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We will then stop contacting you and remove your details from our records, subject to any legal retention requirements. To do any of these, send a message through the contact form or WhatsApp.
Do Not Call registry
We only contact people who have reached out to us first. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or calls to numbers on the DNC registry.
