I am a registered salesperson in Singapore, focused on HDB owners upgrading to a new-launch condominium, especially households whose flats are reaching the end of the Minimum Occupation Period.

How I work

This practice is inbound-only. I do not cold-call, cold-message, or work from bought contact lists. People come to me when they want to check their numbers or ask whether upgrading is even sensible.

The HDB MOP-wave data page is built from the public data.gov.sg dataset. The upgrade affordability calculator runs on-page against dated MAS, IRAS, CPF and HDB rules.

What you can expect

If the numbers do not work, I will say so plainly. If something depends on timing, policy, loan treatment, sale proceeds or your household's cash position, I will separate what is known from what needs checking.

WhatsApp enquiries get a first reply from a disclosed AI assistant; I read every conversation and take over personally. You can ask for a human reply at any time.
